Hello,
For 1 year, OVH has taken a turn at the "emotional" strategy. The goal is to match the "functional" strategy which has made us successful for 10 years with the emotional part that must be our success for 10 years now.
But what is this emotional strategy? It is a huge debate we can conclude "let's stop debating" ...
So instead of debating, some videos:

In the first video, you have an example how you translate "emotion" in action. Then look at the other market actors. I can have an idea if you go in the right direction or right into the wall.
Anyway ... we should not be afraid of our emotions ...
