First impression - feedback
So far so good here, everything works smooth and didn't encounter anything weird yet, but as said the website needs improvement and I'm sure it'll look great by the time we finish this test.
And as voidzero said, it is smart.

Indeed, the site can be improved, Help them!
Exactly my point :-)
They could either hire a company or let 500 users do it. The second way is much smarter for them, because even if they'd only keep 10% of those 500 people - it would be 50 new customers. Now isn't that revenue

I'm just suggesting how I think the site could be improved. But if you don't like the criticisms, I'll stop giving my opinion and leave all the discussion to you...

I kinda agree with the topic starter. You should have had your site looked at (by a translator) before you launch it. (in my opinion)
I wouldn't order a server from OVH neither if i had to pay for it.
But I must say i now experience the speed and service with the servers I know it's allright. And the prices.. well you know that.
(they are good)

Then simply stop visiting this site and let it be over with.

lol? To help them translate?
Come on, imagine you were a leading hosting company (sure, OVH is) and want to elaborate your scope to include the Netherlands, you'd want to be taken serious by all customers; that includes those that already know OVH, but also those that don't.
When a new customer sees the website, it immediately thinks: ':O who am I dealing with?? This doesn't look like a real Dutch company..'
If we beta testers have to help translate, that would be what we call in Holland: 'dweilen met de kraan open'. If a new feature gets introduced, or whatever else that requires Dutch text, would we beta testers have to translate it? No.
There is need of a professional translator to translate every bit of the website into correct Dutch.
OMG OMG OMG. Are you serious? Did you even read the threads?
OVH is a leading hosting company, who is elaborating their scope to include the Netherlands. They are offering 500 customers a free dedicated server for one year in order to help them translate and so on.
Forum moderator, please move topic to the bin, where it belongs.
Scammers.... don't make me laugh.

Hi,
I'm very confident with my server, everything seems to work like a charm!
The Managerv3 is also very functional, but please, the translations...
This might have been said earlier, but you really should hire a Dutch translator / native speaker to re-translate the website.
Because if this wasn't free to me for testing purposes, I would probably not order one of your servers simply because I wouldn't trust OVH. It really looks like you're a bunch of scammers who have used Babelfish to translate their website quickly into Dutch. I know OVH is a trustable company, but the site gives you the impression that you aren't. If you want to become a number 1 hosting provider in The Netherlands, this is one issue to solve.
// edit:
You should also get more Dutch people in the support department. I'm sure customers wouldn't like to talk French or English all the time
