Some routing work tonight.

We are going to update the 2 routers that manage
vRack and ace load balancing. The 2 routers
operate in parallel and therefore when resetting one,
the other takes over. And vice versa.
The router + LB are redundant.
Except for the vRacks which did not respond
for configuring HSRP on the two routers.

We will update the load balancing maps
involved in hosting. Everything is managed by a two stage redundancy,
and therefore there should not be more than 10 seconds
outage in the worst case. We just want to see
how much time it takes to reconfigure.

We will update the 2 ASR 9010 routers with the
new version of IOS 4.1.0
The two routers manage the routing of the entire Roubaix Valley.
So that IOS won't cause any problems,
we are going to force the routing through one of the two routers,
then update it, then it will be restarted to boot up with the new
version of IOS. And likewise for the other side.
So there should be no unexpected results.
